What This Area Does
Pathways Home – East Tampa is a neighborhood-based approach to homelessness. Rather than a single program, it's a coordinated pathway that connects a neighbor with outreach, healthcare, identification and benefits, transportation, treatment, housing, and the life skills and relationships that support lasting stability.
FAMA doesn't walk this pathway alone. We coordinate alongside partners who provide specialized services — and your gift helps FAMA do the relational work that holds the pathway together: consistent outreach, case coordination, and connection to the right next step.
