Senior Services

Honoring the Neighbors Who Built This Neighborhood

Seniors are the heart of a neighborhood — and too often the ones most at risk of being left behind. FAMA's Senior Services surround older neighbors with check-ins, practical help, and connection so they can age with dignity in the place they call home.

A neighborhood grows stronger when the people who built it are still part of it. Many seniors in the neighborhoods FAMA serves live alone, manage fixed incomes, and face everyday tasks that have become difficult — yard work, transportation, home repairs, or simply having someone to check in on them.

Our Senior Services meet those needs with relationships first and programs second. Volunteers and partners show up for regular check-ins, help with homes and yards, provide rides and meals, and create gatherings that celebrate the older neighbors who make the neighborhood whole.
